At this stage, we’ll focus on:
• front and back cover design
• interior design
• proofreading
• printing
Front and Back Cover Design - We’ll develop a cover that best suits your genre, your readers, and you. We'll work with you on the back cover blurb and add testimonials to entice readers to not only pick up your book, but buy it.
Book Interior - Your book will meet industry standards and the print specifications of the publisher or printer you choose. We'll develop designs for chapter breaks, illustrated page spreads, pay attention to font style and size, and walk you through what you need (like an ISBN and copyright information).
Proofreading - Because you (and we) have been been editing, making changes, adjustments, and last minute revisions to your book for days, weeks, and maybe months, we’ll have a professional proofreader go through your book right before it goes to press. The proofreader looks at the book in its final format, just as your readers will see it. It's the best way to be sure everything is in the right place, just as it should be.
Printing - This is final step in production. You'll see a proof of your book before it goes to print. So exciting. And soon after, holding your book in your hands will be a reality.
And it will be a good one ... a book that educates, entertains, and enlightens your readers.
